David Kaiserman
David J. Kaiserman is an entrepreneur and innovator working at the intersection of real estate and technology. He is the Founder and CEO of Lolisk Partners, a family investment firm spanning real estate, technology, and energy. Lolisk pairs patient capital with the broad experience of diverse leaders from the $20T U.S. built environment to create the transformative companies of the future. Lolisk's investments include Backpack Networks, where Kaiserman also serves as Executive Chairman. Backpack created UBIN™, the first Universal Building Identification Number, enabling building digitization at scale. Kaiserman is also Founder and Executive Chairman of the American Endowment for Everyday Affordability (AEEA).
Prior to Lolisk, Kaiserman spent nearly two decades as President of Lennar Ventures, the investment arm of Lennar Corporation, one of the nation's largest homebuilders. There, he led strategic investments and industry-shaping innovations across a wide range of cost-reducing initiatives, including the launch of SunStreet (later acquired by Sunnova), the world's first Wi-Fi Certified Homes, Amazon Home Services and Retail Experience Centers, and multiple home-automation partnerships. He also oversaw corporate functions such as Government Affairs, Supply Chain, R&D, and Special Situations, and played a founding role in the Leading Builders of America during the 2007 financial crisis.
Kaiserman has served on the Board of the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) and as Chairman of the RESNET Housing Industry Advisory Council. His work has been featured in CNBC, Bloomberg, The Wall Street
Journal, and The New York Times. He holds a B.S. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
